House of Toli Beauty & Wellness is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team!
We are a boutique salon and spa focused on creating an elevated, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. We’re looking for an RMT who is passionate about their craft, genuinely enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional, personalized care.
Our massage services are designed to be customizable to each guest, rather than fitting everyone into the same treatment. We want our therapists to have the knowledge and confidence to listen to their clients, assess their needs, and create a treatment that works for them.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional, personalized massage treatments based on each guest’s individual needs and concerns
- Conduct consultations and review health history to ensure safe and effective treatments
- Create a calm, comfortable and professional experience from start to finish
- Maintain a clean, organized and beautiful treatment space
- Provide guests with appropriate aftercare and recommendations for continued wellness
- Build genuine relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records
- Work closely with our salon and spa team to create a seamless guest experience
- Represent the House of Toli brand with professionalism, positivity and excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification and in good standing
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and massage techniques
- Confident performing a variety of massage techniques, including relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue work
- Warm, personable and professional with excellent communication skills
- Someone who is comfortable tailoring treatments to individual clients rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach
- Reliable, organized and able to work independently
- Someone who takes pride in their work and their overall guest experience
- A positive team player who wants to be part of a supportive, professional environment
