Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in BC Residential Tenancy. The job requires a detail-oriented person with strong organization and administrative skills who will report to the Director of Acquisitions. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are necessary. Independent thinking with collaborative execution are expected with the goal of increasing property value.
You must be comfortable with assertive in-person communications.
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Esquimalt, BC
