Job Description:
NOVUS Glass Saskatoon is looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid Windshield Replacement Technician and Front Counter role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work but is also comfortable dealing with customers, answering phones, booking appointments, and helping manage the day-to-day flow of the shop.
Responsibilities:
- Windshield replacement and repair
- Assist with ADAS calibration process when required
- Greet customers and provide professional service at the front counter
- Answer phones, book appointments, and prepare work orders
- Provide estimates and explain services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and shop duties as needed
Requirements:
- Automotive glass experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working both in the shop and at the front counter
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
