Route Service Representative (RSR)

Spotless Uniform is a fast growing, Prince George based company providing uniform rental, entrance mats service, and commercial laundry services throughout BC and Northern Alberta.
We currently have an opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic candidate driven by curiosity, passion, and optimism to join our Lower Mainland team in the role of Route Service Representative. Under the direction of the Service Manager, the successful candidate must provide exceptional service to our customers delivering freshly laundered uniforms, mats, towels, linen and other items on a weekly or other scheduled frequency.
Applicants for this specific position must be comfortable operating a small/medium sized delivery truck (Clean Class 5 license required), the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, possess a professional level of English and have a positive can-do attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide exceptional service to our customers delivering freshly laundered uniforms, mats, towels, linen and other items on a weekly basis or other scheduled frequency.
- Operate small/medium sized delivery trucks while utilizing hand trucks, forklifts, hoists to load/unload. The ability to lift up to 50lbs is required.
- Uphold all policies and procedures.
- Enhance and maintain a “safety first” culture.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Possess/maintain a clean Class 5 Driver’s Abstract.
- Have active listening skills, be proactive, observant and competent.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills in a professional level of English.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent.
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hour shifts (some flexibility required).
Salary: Starting at $24.00/hour.
