Natt Safety Services is a leader in confined space rescue, industrial safety services, and training solutions across high-risk industries. We are looking to hire a Training Coordinator to join our team!
The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operations of the training department. This role manages training schedules, maintains accurate records, coordinates with clients and trainers, prepares training materials, and ensures courses are delivered efficiently. The Training Coordinator works closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer service, support compliance requirements, and ensure a positive training experience for both clients and participants.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule internal, external, and private training sessions, including off-site practical training as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, trainers, and the sales team, providing exceptional service by phone and email.
- Order, organize, and maintain training materials, equipment, and inventory to ensure training sessions are fully prepared.
- Assist with respirator fit testing, prepare certification cards, process test results, and distribute training records to clients.
- Maintain accurate trainee information, attendance, and training records to ensure compliance and easy access to documentation.
- Review and update training materials, presentations, tests, and forms to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with legislative and industry standards.
- Provide training information and administrative support to the sales team, including course outlines, prerequisites, and equipment requirements.
- Support continuous improvement by assisting with new training initiatives, process enhancements, and the development of training programs and materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient delivery of training services and an exceptional client experience.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as required to support the Training Department.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, scheduling, training coordination, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
