The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to take the lead in developing and maintaining the service side of our business. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our continued growth in both interior and exterior construction services. You will be responsible for hunting new leads, accurately estimating projects, and ensuring a seamless handoff and oversight through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate new business leads for interior renovations and exterior services.
- Estimating: Produce accurate, competitive, and profitable project estimates in direct coordination with the owner.
- Project Oversight: Manage client relationships and oversee projects from the initial contract signing through to final completion, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
- Business Development: Strategize and execute plans to sustainably grow the service division of CTM Design & Build.
Qualifications
- Proven track record and direct experience in exterior and interior service sales within the construction or renovation industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor costs to ensure accurate estimating.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the discipline to thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit client sites across our service area.
Compensation Structure
- Pay Structure: 100% Commission-based for the first 12 months.
- Commission Rate: 9% of total project gross revenue
- Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid bi-monthly (twice a month) strictly upon the successful completion of projects.
- Performance Review: A formal assessment will be conducted at the 12-month mark. Based on sales performance, generated revenue, and overall contribution to the company's growth, a base salary structure will be evaluated and potentially implemented.
