Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and results-driven Bodybuilding Coach to join our growing fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching clients through customized training, nutrition, and lifestyle programs designed to help them build muscle, lose fat, improve performance and be stage ready.
This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of bodybuilding principles, exercise programming, nutrition coaching, client accountability, and the ability to deliver an exceptional coaching experience online.
Responsibilities - Client Coaching & Programming
- Design customized training programs based on individual client goals and experience levels
- Create structured bodybuilding, muscle-building, fat-loss, and physique transformation plans.
- Adjust training programs based on client progress, feedback, and performance.
- Review workout logs and provide ongoing coaching support.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
- Develop customized nutrition plans and macronutrient targets.
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits, meal planning, supplementation, and recovery.
- Monitor client adherence and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide guidance on sleep, stress management, and overall lifestyle optimization.
Client Accountability & Support
- Conduct weekly client check-ins and progress reviews.
- Analyze progress photos, measurements, and performance metrics.
- Maintain regular communication through messaging platforms, or coaching software.
- Motivate clients and help them overcome obstacles to stay consistent.
Assessments & Progress Tracking
- Track client progress using data-driven methods.
- Identify plateaus and implement strategies to continue progress.
- Maintain accurate client records and coaching notes.
- Deliver clear feedback and actionable recommendations.
Business & Community Engagement
- Contribute to client retention through exceptional service.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing coach development.
- Support social media content creation by sharing fitness expertise when required.
- Represent the company professionally and positively.
QualificationsRequired
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent fitness certification.
- Strong knowledge of resistance training, hypertrophy, fat loss, and physique development.
- Understanding of nutrition fundamentals and macronutrient-based coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and build relationships with clients.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred
- Previous experience coaching bodybuilding or physique transformation clients.
- Experience with online coaching platforms.
- Additional certifications in nutrition, strength and conditioning, or behavior change coaching.
- Personal experience competing in bodybuilding, powerlifting, or physique sports.
