As a claims advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims.
You handle low-complexity property insurance claims and all types of auto insurance claims. You investigate and approve claims in accordance with the organization’s standards and policies.
You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve problems, develop solutions, negotiate claims settlements and enter into agreements with members, clients, third parties and others.
You assist members, clients and practitioners. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

Location of work: Brossard, Montreal, Sainte-Thérèse or Laval, depending on the chosen candidate’s preference.
Schedule: Must be available to work one evening per month (evening shift varies from noon to 9 p.m.) and weekends on rotation (weekend shift varies from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in property and casualty insurance or Attestation of collegial studies (ACS) in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service

Hold the Representative's certificate in Personal-lines Damage Insurance - Autorité des marchés financiers
For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
Fluency in advanced intermediate English (an asset)
