Job Title: Clinical Therapist (Registered Behaviour Analyst, BCBA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate service delivery for all clients on assigned caseload
- Develop new ABA programs and modify existing protocols as clinically required
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behaviour reduction and intervention plans
- Conduct client skill assessments and train all team members to deliver programming effectively
- Complete Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Analyze, interpret, and monitor client data to inform decision making and program adjustments
- Review active caseload regularly and determine appropriate supervision and consultation frequency
- Provide direct, real-time supervision to Assistant Clinical Therapists and Instructor Therapists
- Monitor and evaluate therapist performance, ensuring clinical quality and fidelity
- Offer guidance to parents, caregivers, and staff during urgent or emergency situations (including by phone)
- Prepare and review client progress reports with families and clinical team
- Lead team meetings, staff training, and clinical workshops
- Serve as primary parent/caregiver contact for assigned clients
- Scheduling requirement: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
- Professional Development allowance provided annually
Qualifications:
- R.B.A. (ONT.) Autonomous in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Valid CPR/First Aid training
- Full time availability Monday - Friday with the exception of a day in lieu for weeks you are in center on Saturdays
- Valid CPI Training (asset)
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to supervise and provide feedback to employees
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
