Our client, a leading organization in tire management and logistics, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting tire inventory management and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Bridgewater, NS
Pay Range: $19.05/hour + premiums
Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM / 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
What's the Job?
- Clean up and organize piled tire inventory
- Manually load and move tires
- Unload and reload trailers to facilitate tire management
- Perform general material handling and labor duties
- Assist with maintaining a safe and organized work environment
What's Needed?
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Steel-toed safety boots required
- No prior experience necessary; training provided
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Willingness to perform manual labor tasks
