Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and current clients via phone, email, and online platforms to generate sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage inbound inquiries efficiently, providing excellent customer service and product information.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings and customer requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates on customer jobs.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of technology products or services relevant to our industry is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and drive revenue growth through consultative selling techniques.
