About the Role
As a Booking & Adventure Agent, you’ll be the face of our store, helping visitors plan unforgettable adventures in Banff and surrounding areas. This is a sales-focused, guest-experience role with plenty of perks and opportunities to get outside.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with visitors in store, over the phone, by email and through our online chat system in a professional manner
- Create and manage bookings made online, in person, and over the phone
- Liaison with suppliers daily
- Handle cash, debit and credit card payments with accuracy
- Create custom itineraries, assist guests with inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist guests with mountain bike and e-bike rentals by providing advice on equipment, as well as trail recommendations.
- Work as a team to hit team targets as well as create a positive environment for both staff and guests
- Provide knowledgeable advice on Banff, Lake Louise, and surrounding areas
- Clean and maintain a tidy store and bike rental fleet
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
- Passion for travel, tourism, and the outdoors
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Strong local knowledge (or eagerness to learn quickly)
- Availability to work weekends and peak season hours

- Location: You’ll be working in our vibrant Banff store located in the Bison Courtyard, 211 Bear Street, Banff.
- Commitment: We are looking for a full-time booking and adventure agent, ideally someone that is willing to commit until April 2027.
