What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Consultant in our Content Services practice, you will help our clients solve some of their most difficult business challenges and enable their digital transformation agenda through the effective use of information (e.g. increasing collaboration, automating processes, improving the management of documents and records). Our practice helps clients with their end-to-end journey from upfront strategy through to implementation and operations. In this position, you will be taking a leadership role in the delivery of projects, engaging clients to facilitate workshops and present Deloitte’s thought leadership, driving the creation of deliverables, and advising them to implement the right solutions and business processes that get to tangible outcomes. You will have an opportunity to work with industry experts, business stakeholders, and project delivery teams in a fast paced and collaborative environment. You will get to grow as a leader, as well as mentor to others on the team. We work with different vendors in the marketplace (e.g. Microsoft, OpenText, SAP, Box, IBM) to bring the right solutions and capabilities to the table.
About the team
Content Services, within our Digital Customer offering, is a Deloitte sub-offering focused on providing organizations with a front and back-office transformation of their information management operations, processes, and technology. We strive to enable customer strategies, create human-experiences and deliver a positive end-to-end journey. Our team focuses on capabilities that include document and records management, information architecture, content migration, digitization, and targeted integrations to enable a broader information ecosystem and help our clients see their information as valuable assets.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
As a Senior Consultant, you are someone with:
4-6 years of experience working in a consulting-based environment with knowledge of the business processes and capabilities in the key industries that we typically work in – public sector, financial services, and/or energy & resources
Experience in a project environment where you are delivering the strategy, design, or functional aspects of the engagement (e.g. business vision, business requirements, current / future state analysis, information governance model, user acceptance testing, process mapping, Content Service Platform or other information technology implementation roadmaps)
Ability to facilitate meetings with a diverse set of stakeholders – business, technical, executive
Demonstrated experience in owning and delivering clear and concise deliverables in PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel format
Experience leading teams of 2 to 3 people
The following experience is an asset:
End-to-end sales cycle support (responding to RFPs, building pitch decks to clients, developing marketplace eminence, identifying pricing strategy, etc.)
An undergraduate or graduate degree (or equivalent work experience) in some of the following areas: Business Administration, Technology, Information Management, or Library Sciences
Knowledge and experience in the end-to-end technology implementation cycle
Experience in the areas of document and records management, information architecture, content migration, systems integration, and digitization
Bi-lingual (French and English) is strongly desired (for Montreal location, fluent business level French is mandatory)
**must be eligible for obtaining a security clearance from the Government of Canada, that is to say, have been in continuous service in Canada for at least 5 years
