As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between our customers and service team, ensuring every customer receives outstanding communication and care throughout their service experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Welcome customers and gather information about their vehicle concerns
· Conduct vehicle walk-arounds during check-in
· Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations, timelines, and costs
· Open, manage, and close work orders accurately
· Schedule service appointments and help coordinate daily shop workflow
· Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
· Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
· Review warranty coverage and service recommendations
· Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up
· Consistently strive to exceed customer expectations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Excellent organization and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems
· Automotive industry experience is an asset
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
