Job Description: Security Guard (Night Shift)
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift Hours: 2300hrs to 0600hrs and 0600hrs to 1300hrs
Work Location: Various sites across Calgary
Car Required: A personal vehicle is mandatory for this position
Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and the public. The ideal candidate is attentive, responsible, and committed to delivering exceptional security services.
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain order and ensure site safety
- Monitor and control access for vehicles and individuals entering the property
- Identify, assess, and report any suspicious activities or security concerns
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances
- Assist staff or members of the public when required
- Complete detailed daily reports, including patrol logs and incident documentation
- Provide a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of security experience (required)
- Knowledge of security protocols, public safety, and legal guidelines
- Experience in report writing and incident documentation
- Intense observation and situational awareness skills

Requirements:
- Valid Security Guard License (Required)
