Customer Relations Representative
Part-Time | Monday to Wednesday | Stoney Creek, ON
$20/hour to start + individual benefits + team bonus structure

We are a growing, insurance agency in Stoney Creek that puts relationships first. We do real, consultative service - and our clients notice the difference. As we grow, we are looking for someone to help us deliver an even better experience at every touchpoint.
You will be the person who help keeps our clients informed, supported, and expressing how they matter. This is not a passive desk job. You will be proactive, organized, and client-focused every day you are in.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Onboarding new clients and following up to make sure they are set up and supported
- Following up on claims to keep things moving and keep clients in the loop
- Processing payments, following up on missed payments, and handling billing administration
- Conducting file audits to spot gaps and opportunities and reporting to agent for reviews
- Following up on digital subscriptions and online service enrollments
- Following up with clients on booking life insurance appointments
- Sending meet-the-team emails, renewal outreach, and client communications on behalf of the agency
- Preparing marketing letters, postcards, and maintaining the marketing calendar
- Managing the agency principal's inbox, calendar, and day-to-day priorities
- Keeping our CRM database clean and up to date
- Organized and detail-oriented - you do not let things fall through the cracks
- A strong communicator - warm, professional, and clear in writing and on the phone
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up without being pushy
- Digitally fluent - quick to master MS Office, new programs and AI
- Reliable and self-motivated - you take ownership without being micromanaged
- Experience in customer service, admin, or a client-facing role is an asset
- Insurance background is not required - we will train the right person
