Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and managing inventory.
- Provide exceptional patient care and answer medication-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols.
- Support medication administration processes under supervision.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy environment.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and pharmacy procedures.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in a community pharmacy is a must
- Strong knowledge of kroll system and insurance billing
- Bilingual is a must (Fluent English and French)
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent patient care skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
