Our client:
A well-established Canadian organization operating within the construction and infrastructure sector.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, operational and corporate functions, from intake through offer.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking and direct headhunting techniques.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights, recruitment strategy and hiring recommendations.

Manage recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation, reporting and candidate tracking.

Create recruitment reports, dashboards and presentations to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives.

Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute ideas to improve hiring processes, candidate experience and talent acquisition initiatives.

Partner with internal stakeholders on employer branding, recruitment marketing and talent attraction campaigns.

Support workforce planning by identifying talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Build relationships with candidates and act as a trusted ambassador for the organization throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and pre-requisites:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment environment.

Demonstrated experience sourcing and headhunting passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.

Strong proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and providing recruitment strategy and market intelligence.

Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with experience creating recruitment metrics, reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing or related technical environments is considered a strong asset.

Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team.

Comfortable working in a predominantly in-office environment.
