Role Overview:
Come join our dynamic social media marketing team! We're searching for proactive and creative professionals who can expertly manage social media accounts and devise innovative content strategies. A background in food and beverage content is highly beneficial, given our client portfolio.
In this role, you will be reporting to and working with our Account Managers in order to manage our clients’ social media profiles in order to improve their brand awareness and grow their social media followings.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Scheduling:
- Develop and manage monthly social media posting schedules using our scheduling app
- Coordinate with Account Managers and marketing team to ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality expectations.
- Attend virtual check-in meetings with Account Managers to discuss updates, post schedules, marketing strategies and content ideas.
Social Media Engagement & Community Management:
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, direct messages and reviews across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google
- Repost relevant customer stories or user-generated content
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and interacting with posts to improve account reach and performance
Marketing Strategy & Brainstorming:
- Research current social media trends and propose innovative campaigns or ideas to clients, ensuring their brand stays relevant and ahead of competitors
- Conduct competitive analyses and recommend monthly promotions, giveaways, and campaigns based on market trends
- Proactively present ideas on how to bring in more customers, improve brand awareness and enhance clients’ social media presence.
- Attend team-wide creative brainstorming sessions (virtual)
Analytics, Reporting, and Improvement:
- Review social media analytics weekly and monthly to track performance. Share insights with Account Managers and make suggestions for improvements.
- Generate monthly social media and paid advertising reports, covering key performance metrics like engagement, reach, and ROI -Work with Account Managers to adjust strategies and content plans based on analytics to improve results month over month.
Influencer Outreach & Collaboration
- Research influencers and micro-influencers who align with the client’s brand and propose partnerships
- Manage influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and tracking the impact of their efforts.
Experience Requirements:
- Creative Content Creation: 3+ years (Preferred)
- Social Media Account Management: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Agency Experience: 1+ year (Preferred)
- Content Creation: 2+ years (Preferred)
