We're hiring a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team through prep and service. If you’ve got strong kitchen experience and are ready to take the next step, there’s room to grow here.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Regional Chef and Culinary Director to oversee prep and service, support the kitchen team, and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll help ensure recipes, specs, portioning, food safety and sanitation standards are followed, while keeping stations organized, stocked and ready for service. You’ll also help coach and support the team throughout service, stepping in wherever needed to keep things moving.
What you Bring
- Previous kitchen experience, ideally in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a team
- Good communication and the ability to take direction
- A strong understanding of food preparation, quality and kitchen operations
- A team-first approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
