Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing Brand Marketing Team. You will be instrumental in building brand awareness and generating leads through paid advertising campaigns, while nurturing our existing leads through targeted, multi-channel techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Design and execute digital advertising campaigns throughout the marketing funnel, from building brand awareness, generating new leads, nurturing warm leads, and meeting conversion goals.
- Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- In SEM (Search Engine Marketing) platforms, such as Google, build highly relevant traffic, lead generation, search, display, and shopping campaigns.
- In SMM (Social Media Marketing) platforms, such as Meta, leverage paid social media ads to precisely target and engage audiences based on detailed demographic and interest data.
Testing & Performance Optimization:
- Continuously and effectively monitor campaign performance, and utilize collected data to make informed decisions for improvements.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve click-through-rate, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Experiment with ad formats, placements, and strategies to continuously optimize performance.
- Leverage emerging technologies, platform tactics & features to enhance campaigns and reach advertising goals.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and deliver regular campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics software to measure campaign effectiveness, understand consumer behaviour, and identify areas of improvement which may influence brand marketing and organic tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our in-house social media team, creative team, and the greater brand marketing team to align performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives
Audience Segmentation & Market Expansion:
- Identify CRO (conversion rate optimization) opportunities to expand our presence in both new and existing markets.
- Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies to target users effectively based on demographics, interests, and online behaviour.
Campaign & Budget Management:
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets, ensuring spending aligns with campaign goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
- 3+ experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Centre and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Experience working with various budget sizes, with proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans that drive growth and meet business goals.
- Organizational and time management skills in order to manage 50+ digital ad campaigns across all paid advertising platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly for diverse audiences.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing data and managing multiple campaigns.
- Teamwork oriented, collaborative, with ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Nice to Haves:
- Ability to write compelling ad copy.
- Experience with SEMrush, Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot.
- Working knowledge of project management tools like Asana.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing qualifications.
- Nutrition background is a plus!
