*Job Summary*
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Able to multitask.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents. Insurance billings.
-Training will take place onsite.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information about the company's services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
*Experience*
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in a health care environment or customer support is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
-Wage increase based on skills with growth into managerial position.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
