Position overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid digital advertising across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and other channels that fit the mix.
This is a hands-on role with a wide remit. You'll plan and run campaigns, shape the creative, and help build the landing pages people arrive at. Some of this you'll lead with support from the team; some of it you'll do solo. Either way, you'll know enough about each piece to brief it, direct it, or build it yourself.
We don't expect you to know everything. We expect you to be sharp, curious, and able to figure things out fast.
Key responsibilities
- Own our paid digital campaigns end-to-end: strategy, setup, budgets, bidding, targeting, and optimization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Direct and support the creation of ad assets and bring a strong creative instinct for what catches attention and converts.
- Build or direct landing pages that match each campaign, applying solid conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Track and measure everything you can: spend, conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and the funnel between click and customer.
- Run tests, read the results honestly, and feed what you learn back to the team and into the next round.
- Pitch in across adjacent marketing work as priorities shift — we're a startup, so flexibility is part of the job.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- A track record of building paid digital campaigns that actually converted — you can point to specific results and explain how you got them.
- A working grasp of the core principles behind paid media: audiences, creative testing, attribution, and measurement.
- Enough creative skill to brief, guide, or produce ad images and video, and the eye to know what good looks like.
- A foundation in CRO and landing pages. Not deep expertise, but enough to direct or build a page that converts.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, and WordPress.
- Comfort with analytics and ad platform reporting; you measure to the best of the tools available and aren't afraid of the data.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience, with the intellectual curiosity to have built real know-how in that time.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in marketing a SaaS or B2B product.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or WordPress.
- Basic design or video editing chops.
- A genuine marketing nerd; you follow the channels, read the playbooks, and love a great campaign.
