Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Nanny/Caregiver to provide attentive care for our children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing environment while assisting with daily activities, meal preparation, and educational engagement. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, patient, and experienced in caregiving duties, with a passion for helping others thrive.
Duties
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children or individuals with disabilities in a safe and nurturing manner
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs
- Assist with daily routines including bathing, dressing, and hygiene practices
- Engage children in educational activities, play, and teaching to promote development
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after children and maintaining a tidy environment
- Support learning through teaching basic skills and encouraging positive behavior
- Assist with medication management or special care routines as needed
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment that promotes independence and confidence
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Ability to cook nutritious meals and perform meal preparation tasks
- Strong caregiving skills with patience, compassion, and reliability
- Ability to handle cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully
- Valid background check and willingness to undergo any required training or certifications
- Flexibility to work during scheduled hours, including potential evenings or weekends if needed
- A genuine passion for caregiving and supporting the well-being of others
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
