Job Description:
The Warehouse Worker -Event Associate (On-Call) is an on-call position, providing flexible support during sales events, preparation phases, and other operational needs. Event Associates are contacted as needed, with schedules varying based on event timing and workload. Key duties include:
o Assisting with setup and teardown of sales events, including product placement,
signage, and layout adjustments.
o Supporting customer service efforts during events, such as directing customers to
products and answering questions.
o Ensuring that products are organized and stored appropriately.
o Sorting clothes, shoes, and other items by size, type, or category.
o Helping with inventory sorting, organizing, and staging products in preparation for
upcoming events.
o Organizing products in preparation for sales events.
Skills
- Ability to communicate in English . Spanish will be consider an asset .
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and attention to detail for accurate inventory management
- Strong ability to accurately sort and organize merchandise (clothing, footwear, and other items) by size, category, and type, ensuring consistency and presentation standards.
- Effective at prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments, ensuring products are staged and event areas are prepared within tight timelines.
- Works efficiently as part of a team to execute event setup, inventory organization, and operational tasks.
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, provide directions, and answer basic product-related inquiries during events.
