Overview
We are looking for a SUB CONTRACTOR only, for installations of furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps. The candidate must have minimum 5 years of verifiable experience , have own truck and tools and possess gas fitter license, contractor license, liability insurance and references. Area of installations is Kingston to Oshawa. Oshawa to Kingston with the most of the work Port Hope to Kingston.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and schematics
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Utilize drop sheets on all installations
Requirements
- Proven verifiable experience in HVAC installation with minimum 5 years.
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical diagrams
- Ability to work independently .
- Mechanical or construction-related certifications are a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces safely
This position is ideal for individuals passionate about building technical expertise in HVAC systems while contributing to quality service delivery.
Pay: $30.00-$46.72 per hour
