Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash and process payments accurately through cashiering functions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food handling safety standards
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while ensuring timely service
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area, restocking supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience or food industry background preferred; experience in bartending or serving is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory counts
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or drink orders seamlessly
- Experience with food service operations, including bartending and serving roles, is highly desirable
