Are you an experienced technician with a passion for marine equipment? We're looking for a skilled Marine Technician to join our growing service team. This is not an apprentice position; we are seeking a fully capable technician with proven industry experience who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of marine products.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Our ideal candidate:
- Able to physically perform all necessary duties of the position
- Team Player with strong Diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude to ensure client expectations are met
- Have prior Automotive, power sports or ideally Marine mechanical experience
- Journeyman Automotive or Marine certificate an asset but not required.
- Proven attention to detail, motivated and willing to learn, reliable, organized, punctual and ready to contribute to a positive working environment
- Interest in boats and the lake lifestyle an asset
- Possess and maintain own basic tools. Specific tools & diagnostic equipment provided
· Stay current with evolving technology, products, and manufacturer service procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair customer units.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on customer units.
- Communicate with parts department on repair order requirements.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections of new in stock and sold units.
- Perform pre-owned inspections and provide reports of work required.
- Work closely with Service Advisor and Manager to ensure schedules maintained.
· Work with computers to diagnose and repair units as well as interact with shop systems.

Work Location: In person
