Position Summary
Delaware Pump & Parts is looking for a dependable, hard-working Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring our yard and warehouse remain organized and safe. No previous experience operating agricultural equipment is required, but the successful candidate must be willing to learn.
Primary Responsibilities
· Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
· Prepare and package outgoing customer orders.
· Load and unload trucks safely.
· Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
· Organize inventory and storage areas.
· Assist with inventory counts.
· Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized.
· Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if required).
· Work with production staff to ensure materials are available when needed.
· Follow all company safety procedures.
Equipment Operation
· The successful candidate must be willing and able to learn to operate Delaware Pump & Parts tractor for loading and unloading tanker trucks.
· Moving equipment and materials around the yard.
· Assisting with seasonal material handling operations.
· Training will be provided.
Qualifications
· Valid G Class drivers license, drivers' abstract with clean record will be required.
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
· Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, forklift, or farm equipment experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
