Accountability/Position Summary:
Ensures quality delivery on professional service projects through the execution of technical tasks assigned in order to meet client's requirements. This role operates under minimal supervision of the Project Manager.
Ensures deliverables conform to quality standards and methodologies used by the practice, region and company. Delivers services in a timely manner; meets established milestones, deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation of new/changed system/procedure/products;
o Works on problems of Moderate Scope;
o Develops and recommends alternatives within clearly defined objectives;
o Resolves most issues of a technical/business/system nature within unit or function;
o Identifies opportunities for process improvement, customer service, product development;
o Participates in client meetings;
o Works independently within assigned portion of a project/process, expected innovation includes recommending and implementing improvements to features and services;
o Provides technical support or direction to less experienced staff;
o Executes work of moderate complexity with limited oversight; and
o Work is reviewed in progress and upon completion.

Functional/Technical Knowledge and Skills:
o 2-6 years experience, at least 2 in a consulting environment
o University/College degree in a related discipline
o Hands on experience with Microsoft .Net, including SharePoint web parts development and implementation
o Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO)
o .NET Framework 2.0 and Visual Studio 2005
o SharePoint 2003, MOSS 2007, BizTalk, MCMS, and other Microsoft server products
o Knowledgeable in at least one of the following technology languages: C#, VB.NET, ASP.Net
o Web-related technologies including HTML, DHTML, and JavaScript
o Familiar with WinForms, Web Services, and Windows Services
o Development of distributed applications
o Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
o Experience with Windows Server systems, especially Windows Server 2003
o Document Management experience
o Proven ability to develop object oriented solutions to meet complex goals and requirements
o Desirable
o Object oriented analysis and design, including UML
o XML related technologies including with SOAP, XPATH, and XSLT
o Multi threaded programming
o Programming with Active Directory
o Unit testing
o Continuous integration
o Object relational mapping
o Agile processes such as Extreme Programming and Scrum

Professional level work requiring technical/business knowledge, with conceptual ability to relate work performed within broader technical and business context.
