About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioural Health Worker to join our Behavioural Health team. In this role, you will provide individualized, client-centered support under the supervision of behavioural and mental health clinicians. This position is ideal for someone who is empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about supporting individuals with diverse behavioural and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on support to clients in accordance with individualized care plans
- Apply training in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), mental health supports, and trauma-informed care in daily interactions and interventions
- Assist clients with daily living activities, therapeutic exercises, and prescribed supports
- Observe, monitor, and document client behaviour, progress, and responses to interventions
- Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians regarding client progress, concerns, and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and collaborative planning
- Adapt support strategies to meet the changing needs of clients
- Work flexibly across various settings, including clients’ homes, community locations, and clinical environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education in a related field is an asset)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with clinicians and support staff
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and commitment to high-quality client care
Working Conditions
- Work may take place in clients’ homes, community settings, and clinical environments

Pay: $18.50-$24.45 per hour
