Job Description:
We are seeking physically fit labourers to join our team for major construction projects involving the installation of various retaining wall systems, including lightweight cage systems, block walls and panel walls. Responsibilities will include:
- Installing retaining wall systems
- Grading materials with a shovel
- Operating small equipment such as compactors
- Assisting with heavy machinery (excavators, dump trucks)
Qualifications:
- Some level of construction experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and navigate challenging terrain.
- Reliable transportation with a personal vehicle is a must.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (including overtime)
Compensation:
$27+ an hour (depending on experience)
