About Us: School In The Pool is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for all ages. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales/Front Desk Associate to join our team. We need someone who has a strong sales and customer service background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell swim packages and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Check clients in and sign them up for swim lessons.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming facility, including the pool area, change rooms, bathrooms, lobby, and front desk area.
- Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and the environment is kept tidy.
- Communicate effectively with swim instructors, front desk team members, and management regarding daily operations.
- Schedule clients for swim lessons and assist with onboarding new clients.
- Handle upset clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform any other necessary duties to support the smooth operation of the facility.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a swim school or aquatic environment is required.
- Proven sales experience is essential.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must have reliable transportation to the location.
- Availability to work full-time hours.
