Job Information:
This is a temporary contract position to provide coverage during a maternity leave. The anticipated duration of the contract is approximately 12–18 months, although the exact length may vary depending on business needs and the return of the incumbent employee.
The role of an Operations/H&S Co-ordinator is to coordinate installation/removal, ensuring training is administered and overseeing health and safety policies and procedures. What you’ll do…
- Maintain positive relationships with transit and airport authorities.
- Coordinate installations and removals with outside contractors
- Schedule repairs and inventory upkeep
- Receive and process ad hoc requests as necessary
- Manage onsite documentation/security
- Facilitate and coordinate new or a change in inventory
- Manage the health and safety program
- Create and update Safety operating procedure documentation.
- Maintain contractors' information
- Ensuring all training and required onsite documentation is up to date.
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing safety policies and procedures.
