Be part of a dynamic Finance team where your precision and collaboration directly support projects across Canada. As a Billing Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely invoicing while working closely with project and finance teams. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation within a leading global firm.
- Set up and manage billing terms in internal systems for an assigned portfolio of projects and clients
- Obtain additional billing details to ensure accuracy and escalate billing issues or concerns to the Regional Billing Manager
- Generate and submit invoice drafts and supporting documentation to reviewers/approvers; revise as required
- Prepare and issue final invoice packages to clients within required timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Managers, and Project Accountants to resolve issues efficiently
- Assess billing workflows and recommend improvements to reduce turnaround time and enhance efficiency
- Perform reconciliation of billing, data entry, filing, and organization of supporting documentation; prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed
- Take on additional billing and administrative responsibilities as required
- Completed post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting
- Ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals
- Previous billing experience considered an asset
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable, collections, and customer service principles
- Eligibility to work in Canada without restrictions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, tact, and diplomacy with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
