Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety across our facilities to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as floor scrubbing, window washing, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities by inspecting and addressing any cleanliness or safety issues promptly
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas to ensure availability at all times
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting larger repairs to management
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards
- Keep detailed records of cleaning activities and supply usage for inventory purposes
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Good organizational skills to manage time effectively during shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods
