Great Dane Coffee is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver & Maintenance Personnel to support our daily operations by transporting goods between our locations, completing regular Costco and supplier store runs, and assisting with general maintenance and upkeep when needed.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently while communicating clearly with management and team members.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities
Delivery & Transportation
- Safely and efficiently transport goods between company locations
- Complete Costco and other supplier store runs as assigned
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and supplies
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Ensure deliveries are accurate, secure, and completed on time
- Communicate with management and store staff regarding delivery details
- Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries
Maintenance & General Upkeep
- Assist with basic maintenance, repairs, and upkeep at café locations as needed
- Help troubleshoot minor equipment or facility issues
- Assist with moving, assembling, or setting up equipment and fixtures
- Report maintenance issues to management and assist with coordinating repairs when needed
Qualifications
- Previous delivery, maintenance, warehouse, or general labour experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (ICBC abstract may be required)
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Comfortable performing basic maintenance and repair tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as required
- Reliable, organized, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach
