We are searching for a reliable, customer orientated Receptionist to join our team. The selected candidate will contribute to the operational efficiency of the front desk environment by providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer switchboard, direct calls and take messages in a professional manner
  • Greet and direct customers to sales consultants, customer service or service department
  • Call clients and book and confirm appointments
  • Clean showroom and manage inventory

Requirements:

  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
  • Cash handling experience and basic accounting knowledge
  • Pleasant, professional demeanour with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure with the ability to diffuse tense situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • The ability to respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
