Compensation
$35.00 – $44.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Duties
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Diagnose the source of malfunctions and complete required repairs.
- Inspect vehicles to identify additional safety, maintenance, or repair needs.
- Communicate repair recommendations and required maintenance to Service Advisors.
- Perform road tests and vehicle safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and shop standards.
Successful Candidates Possess
- Valid Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certification
- Strong aptitude for technical diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced shop.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
