Lead, inspire, and unite the Order Picking, Cleaning Facility, and Sanitation teams.
Spend dedicated time on the floor to gain a deep, foundational understanding of our unique processes, helping to troubleshoot bottlenecks alongside your team.
Actively mentor Supervisors and Lead Hands, mapping out clear career paths to grow them into future operational leaders.
Drive tailored initiatives and workplace strategies to continuously improve employee engagement scores, team morale, and retention.
Set clear roles, expectations, performance standards, and foster a healthy culture of mutual accountability.
Own production budgets and KPI performance, connecting floor-level data with high-level strategy.
Set ambitious annual targets and drive year-over-year operational improvements.
Oversee labour scheduling, material flow, line optimization, and proactive contingency planning.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Lead incident investigations and implement robust corrective actions.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, workplace organization, and total audit readiness.
3+ years of experience leading multiple departments with a proven track record of rolling up your sleeves to drive productivity, efficiency, and process improvement.
3+ years of experience with a demonstrable history of building teams, measurably increasing employee engagement, and successfully promoting/growing leaders from within.
3+ years of experience working closely with cross-functional teams across Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.
A strong desire to deeply learn technical and operational processes from the ground up.
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is a strong plus.
Annual salary of $110,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
Work schedule of Friday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility as needed to support operational requirements.
