PC Services: this division of Loblaws Inc. operates in the same office location and includes The Mobile Shop and Gift Card businesses which are focused upon delivering convenience and exceptional value to LCL customers. Loblaws Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LCL.

PCF is an important business unit within LCL that manages and develops the products and service programs in order to improve the customer experience, maximize value, and provide a platform to enhance customer insights and relationships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, the Manager, Sales Enablement will be responsible for owning the national incentive and rewards strategy and plan that impacts PC Financial and The Mobile Shop (TMS) front line employees. The Manager, Sales Enablement is responsible to provide insights to the Sales Enablement team to inform and enhance business decision, maximizing sales performance. The Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a comprehensive engagement model and sales enablement programs.
What you'll do:
Oversee all national incentive programs for the PC Financial Pavilions and The Mobile Shop sales teams
Develop and own annual, quarterly and monthly incentive strategies, implementation and sustainment plans for Pavilions & The Mobile Shop
Develop and manage a comprehensive rewards & milestone program for PC Financial Pavilion and The Mobile Shop (President's Club, Milestones, Carrier/OEM Rewards programs, etc)
Evolve current, and recommend new, sales enablement programs by identifying opportunities for enhancements and process efficiencies
Provide strategic and tactical advice to the sales organization, through analytic insights, in an effort to build employee engagement and improve sales performance
Advocate for the PC Financial Pavilions and The Mobile Shop, ensuring key business partners understand of the needs of the frontline teams
Develop program KPIs; monitor and measure program implementation & sustainment results and report as required
Build a close relationship and collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to gather additional insights for informed decision making
Own the incentive budget
Develop strong working relationships and negotiate program involvement with external partners (Carriers, OEMs and other vendors) to drive incremental sales performance
Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with internal partners (i.e. Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance etc) to help develop strategic plans and tactics
Manage, develop and implement sales support programs as required
What you'll need
3-5 years in a similar field program development and implementation; experience in financial or telecommunications industry is an asset.
Strong analytical skills - ability to visualize, gather information, articulate, analyze to solve complex problems and make informed business decisions
Strong communication skills – a persuasive and articulate speaker, writer, and presenter.
High-energy, enthusiastic individual with a passion for building relationships
Collaborative nature, resourceful and capable of working in a team or independently
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
