We are currently looking to hire some Machine Operators/Packer-General Helps at our Paper bag facility.
Shift: Weekly 3 Shift rotating.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machine as per orders
- Follow instructions from the operator, be a team player
- Keep ample supply of bottom sheets available
- Verify print specifications with production copy
- Stack and pile units as per requirements
- Visually inspect for any non-conformances
- To take off the machine at or above the standards set by the Company
- Accurately complete time sheets
- Reports all problems to your supervisor when they occur
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and housekeeping practices, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Abide by all rules and regulations of the Company
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experiences an asset
- Must be available to work shifts
- Machine operation skills
- Organization skills
- Good communication
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Team Player
- Self starter
