About the Role
As a Medical Aesthetician at 3D Lifestyle, you'll be a key part of the client journey — from the first consultation through ongoing treatment and product recommendations. You'll combine technical treatment skill with genuine client care, contribute to a clean and well-run clinic, and help drive the center's growth through memberships, upsells, and standout service.
What You'll Do
Consultations & Client Growth
- Conduct one-on-one expert consultations, recommending appropriate treatment plans with realistic expectations and strong follow-through on results
- Actively promote and sell memberships to new clients and upsell treatments to existing ones
- Recommend, demonstrate, and sell 3D Lifestyle skincare products based on each client's specific skin conditions and goals
- Strive to meet or exceed personal and clinic revenue goals, with a minimum expectation of 80% of weekly targets
Treatment Delivery
- Perform all medical aesthetics treatments per protocol, including but not limited to: IPL hair removal, photofacials, body contouring, microneedling, medical-grade facials, tattoo removal, and RF skin tightening/resurfacing
- Maintain current certification/training for every treatment performed
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and stations for each service
Client Records & Compliance
- Ensure consent forms are fully completed and signed before any treatment
- Accurately document and update client profiles in the 3D Lifestyle CRM
- Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, safety, and infection control guidelines and standards
Client Experience
- Deliver a consistently excellent client experience, aiming for 5-star reviews after every visit
- Answer treatment-related phone calls and provide accurate information
- Escalate any client concerns or conflicts to a supervisor/center manager rather than handling disputes directly
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and a polished, professional appearance
Clinic Operations & Team
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all work surfaces and equipment per safety and sanitary guidelines
- Assist with tracking and managing inventory — products, supplies, and brochures — ensuring stock levels are recorded and maintained
- Assist with laundry, general clinic cleaning, and daily cleaning checklists
- Support new team members and colleagues whenever needed
- Attend clinic meetings and required trainings, and commit to ongoing continuing education
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations
Marketing Support
- Participate in treatment/product videography, photography, and social media content creation to support customer acquisition and brand visibility
What You Bring
- Certification/diploma from a recognized esthetics program, with any provincial certification where applicable
- 1+ years of industry experience
- Proficiency across the full range of treatments offered
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and comfort answering direct client questions
- Trustworthy, honest, and discreet with client information
- Sharp attention to sanitation and infection control best practices
- Great customer care skills and a team-first attitude
