- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and optimize revenue streams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment for clients.
- Collaborate with vendors for product procurement and maintain vendor relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in spa management.
Experience:
- Proven experience in spa management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
