Position Description
We are currently seeking to contract a bilingual producer for webinar delivery for 4 days a month
- ·4 webinar sessions are run throughout each webinar delivery day and range from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours each
- Approximately 1/3rd of the webinar sessions are in French and the other 2/3rd in English
Past webinar producing experience is not required but this position will require someone who:
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Is able to respond quickly in a live situation supporting up to 30 or more people in a webinar
Has some experience, or willingness to learn and comfort level around:
- Computer software including video mixing software
- Sound mixing boards
- Brief moments on camera
All webinars are delivered from our studios in Kanata and this position will require the producer to be in our studio with the instructor from 8:30am to 4:30pm on the days webinars are being delivered
This is a contract position that is renewed annually (Jan to Dec) with our client. We will pay a competitive daily rate of between $250 and $300 per day depending on experience.
