What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Wingstop Superpowers):
- Business Leader Moves: Driving the team to achieve shift targets, audit management & achieving high customer satisfaction ratings are your key focus!
- Squad Leadership: Motivate, coach, and lead the team to deliver top-tier service and fire up the kitchen.
- Flavour Quality Control: Ensure every wing that leaves the kitchen is crispy, juicy, and packed with legendary flavour.
- Operations on Point: Manage shift operations, from prepping and cooking to customer service and cash handling.
- Speed & Efficiency: Keep the crew moving, orders flowing, and customers happy—because no one likes waiting for wings!
- Vibes Management: Create a fun, high-energy, and positive work environment for both the team and our guests.
- Clean & Safe: Make sure everything is up to food safety and hygiene standards—because we take cleanliness as seriously as we take flavour.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure (literally—it gets hot in the kitchen!).
- Passion for customer service, food quality, and team development.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills—you know how to handle rush hour like a pro.
- A love for all things wings, flavour, and good vibes!
