Meet Santiago

Santiago is a District Supervisor. He is responsible for supporting a group of stores within a district and work in a partnership with the District Manager, focusing within the areas of: building the organization, driving sales and minimizing losses, customer satisfaction while overseeing the effective operation of stores and working as a liaison between the stores, DC, Home Office and Regional Office.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our District Supervisors, we’d ask you to do the following:

Drive district and store sales by ensuring operational standards (merchandise priorities and LP policies and procedures) are met.
Maintain cost-effective stores that achieve the given sales plan and hourly productivity plan.
Promote bench-strength in the stores through succession planning/training and developing Management.
Focus on customer satisfaction Build the organization through hiring, effective retention, development and promoting bench-strength succession planning of associates and management.
Ensure a positive Associate Relations environment

Minimum College/University Degree or equivalent retail experience.
Minimum of 2-5 years experience required as a Store Manager in a high volume store.
Knowledge of retail and merchandising (retail experience in a high volume clothing market, loss prevention, knowledge of and ability to apply sales/merchandise terminology, managing warehouse, markdown process, etc.), including an understanding of the Company’s policies and practices.

Acts as a resource for Management;
Actively Participates in the performance management process.
Proficient in time management, problem solving/decision making, interpersonal skills including conflict management, continuous shifting of priorities, sense of urgency, team building/development, information gathering skills.
Communication skills including written (reports, instructions, etc.); verbal (staff, customers, presentations, training).
General computer skills.
Required to travel (must have valid Drivers’ License; must have reliable vehicle; willing to travel to Stores within designated region).
Willingness to relocate.
