Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts and Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing parts inventory, coordinating service operations, and ensuring seamless communication across supply chain and warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in warehouse distribution, procurement, and process improvement, with experience in ERP systems and other systems in place This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient parts sourcing, order fulfillment, and logistics management within a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Manage parts inventory using, ERP systems,to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
- Coordinate order fulfillment processes, including order picking, shipping & receiving, and packaging to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Oversee procurement activities, sourcing parts from suppliers, including 3PL providers and freight carriers, ensuring cost-effective purchasing aligned with demand planning.
- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and optimize freight operations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff on materials management, order processing, and warehouse distribution activities.
- Implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate pricing data and support demand planning initiatives for parts replenishment.
- Support service techs needs and oversee all manuals and rapports
- Support parts sales .
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and loader, when necessary for materials handling within the warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards related to warehouse operations and materials handling.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, supply chain management, or materials management roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM's.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and demand planning methodologies.
- Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), freight carriers, 3PL providers, and shipping & receiving procedures.
- Strong data analysis skills for inventory control and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with order picking, packaging, shipping & receiving operations within a warehouse setting.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous exposure to e-commerce platforms or shipping software is a plus.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient parts availability while supporting overall supply chain excellence through effective coordination of procurement, logistics, and warehouse activities.
Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
