Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress through observation and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Utilize technology for administrative tasks such as lesson planning, record keeping, and communication.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting is essential.
- Strong time management skills to effectively balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks.
