Job Summary
Please DO NOT APPLY if you do NOT have minimum of 2 years of Sales Experience in Real Estate in Canada. We are looking for a well spoken outbound calling agent for supporting our growing pre-construction sales team in Dream House Real Estate Brokerage.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English. Any additional language would be good to have.
- Must have a working knowledge of Pre-Construction.
- Must have handled an outbound calling role for a minimum of 3 years. Preference would be given to Sales experience.
-Must have had minimum 2 Years of sales experience within Real Estate in Canada
- Minimum educational qualification is a Bachelors in Business, Commerce or any other field.
- Real Estate License holder is a plus but NOT mandatory
Responsibilities
- Outreach to the leads/contacts shared by using email, telephone, messages, WhatsApp and/or any additional option that may be possible.
- Creation of appointments and sales opportunities for identified projects.
- Given the nature of the industry, it is assumed that you will allocate a number of hours to reaching out to prospects over the weekends/post business hours in line with what may be professionally acceptable practices.
- Updation of internal business systems and tools as needed.
